Is Guild Wars any good? Should I buy it?
I found this great deal on Amazon, Guild Wars Platinum (Guild Wars Prophecy and The Elf of the North) for £11.65, I used to play some f2p RPG’s like Runes of Magic and Dungeons and Dragons Online and wanted to try a good game which you have to purchase but doesn’t have monthly fee.
So my question is should I buy Guild Wars Platinum.
Oh, and also, can I play it on my Windows 7 laptop?
I have guild wars, tbh its pretty boring. I tried EVE Online and it took whatever remaining interest i had in GW. There’s a reason why GW has no subscription fee.
Its boring mainly because theres no point in the game. Level 20 is the level cap which is a huge negative real soon. You spend the rest of the game pretty much just getting better gear some of which is ridiculously expensive(It took my whole characters wallet for some boots that were only a little better.
