Does unplugging one computer from a shared internet connection reduce lag.?
Recently when I play games online I recieve a high ping and lag for a short period of time and my connection is shared, not wireless. If I connect the second PC in my house from the internet, will it stop my lag? Im just guessing its the andwith split but some advice would be appreciated.
If someone is using the internet on the other computer it would slow it down some. If the internet is not being used on that computer then no network is taking the bandwidth.
