how can I make my own online gaming service?(like xbox live)?
the finances are covered. we are making the servers out of old gaming computers for now as we only plan on releasing it so a small amount at first. We are just basically stuck on getting it onto consoles or pc’s do we need to write software and have the customers download it? do it by internet coonection, etc? hows does sony and microsoft do it? thanks in advance,
if you do that for consoles, i’m sure you’re going to run into legal problems, since you have not cleared this with the console’s companies (who would shoot you down anyway). so even if you found out how to get this thing off the ground, you will get sued. and this question is definately beyond the scope of yahoo answers’ video game section.
