What is the exact legality of downloading video game roms?
Does anyone know what the law says exactly about downloading video game roms online? I heard from somewhere something about keeping them 24 hours then deleting them or something, is it the same way with emulators too?
Downloading ROMs is only for the buyer’s sake and advantage. If her game gets broken, she can use the ROM. In other words, it’s illegal unless you legally own the game.
