How to connect PS3 through the router instead of directly through the modem?
So I have a PS3 but whenever I play online games I get disconnected unless I am hooked up directly through the modem. Whether it is a wired or wireless connection through the router it doesn’t matter, I always get disconnected. When connected to the modem there are no issues. I am using a Lynksis Wireless G router and all the proper ports are open. Any suggestions?
what is your internet connection speed? I had this problem with my belkin router with my previous connection (1.5mbps). Since moving to a new town and getting a 20mbps connection, ive not had issues (and blazing fast downloads to boot).
