Question about Copyright?
An online game owned by Disney called Virtual Magic Kingdom (VMK) was closed last year since it was a promotion. People are trying to recreate the game and they are using Disney artwork. I keep telling them it’s copyrighted but they said it isn’t. I showed them VMK’s patent but they still didn’t believe me.
Does this page prove that the game, VMK, is still owned by Disney and nobody can use it:
