is circuit city is out of business and will the games/electronics be cheap?
a few days ago i went online and saw this Barbie fashion show that my lil sis wanted. It was on sale for $8 but out of stock so when they have more it will send to my email. but now i found out it is closing and im wondering if theres going to be a HUGE sale or something. i really want a Nintendo ds cheap and that game. so can anyone help me? =]
Will stuff be cheap? Probably not right away. If you were to go to your local CC today (Jan 17 2009), it probably is only discounted 10%, and maybe not at its lowest price before the liquidation sale began. Comparison shop against the retailers, both brick and mortar and internet. And bring a calculator. Make sure their bargain is really a bargain.
And you’ll have to decide when to buy before inventory runs out. By the time some items are marked down 50%, what you want (Nintendo DS, for example) may already be gone.
So, yes, CC is going out of business. But the stuff they’re liquidating may not necessarily be the best bargains.
