I know Brettspielwelt has a Power Grid implementation. (http://www.brettspielwelt.com for more information.) Brettspielwelt has a lot of online board games, but if you don’t know German, check out Boomer’s information at the brettspielwelt.com page to get started. I believe you can do Brettspielwelt through a web browser, but it works better if you download the cleint (available on Boomer’s page)
The Days of Wonder website has Ticket to Ride (http://www.daysofwonder.com/en/ ) (though I believe you will need an online activation code from a Days of Wonder game to start a game, but I think you can join opened games without one (I think any activation code works to allow you to play on DoW for six months, for any of their games)
