Are RC Helicopters Legal in Australia?
Just before i buy one online, im just wondering whether they are legal or not? Im asking because of the strict laws in Australia i.e. banned laser pointers, airsoft even on PC games… So are they or not?
Yes, they are legal, but it varies on the size of your helicopter. Every country may require a license or an area for you to fly if the helicopter is big. As long as you could carry it, with one hand, you will be ok. Typically any electric helicopter will be legal anywhere as long as there is no one around you to hurt.
