Is it legal to publicize the prices online?
I can not find an answer to this question. Is it legal to donate prizes Online? My site users pay nothing to enter. They play online games and game over, user receives the highest score wins a prize of $ 15. If possible, please send a website that describes in detail. Information on the top of your head is not useful. I looked online but I can not find any information on this topic. I do not think this is considered a lottery.
