If most of the manufacturers / distributors of alternative XP to Vista on their new machines?
I can use my computer at home to write, and I'm likely to have two or three. Document, Excel workbook or two, and open multiple images as I am researching Photoshp Online. My current system is old and tired, and can handle even harldly, but I will not lose the resources that can run Windows Vista. I'm not playing high intensity, there is no need to edit videos, play music, or one of the things that people need killing machines. I'm not a geek, and the numbers are swimming in my head when I sleep! I want something fast, with memory as much as I can, but my budget is only $ 500. I saw a number of machines that look good to me (did not need a monitor, thank God.), But all come with Vista. Any suggestions?
For now, yes, but at the end of the year will be a different story.I I use Vista and I love it, but I know many users still prefer XP, but Microsoft is trying to do their main operating system Vista compatible.
