What happened to Star Trek Online?
I confess: I am leaving a great conquest of space, you just saw one of the greatest episodes TNG. On a whim, I searched Google for "Star Trek MMORPG" and learned the sordid and long history of Star Trek Online. I read the Wiki, the messages each time more desperate in the game's forum, now closed, and finally the new release saying the company had canceled the development, fired employees and was prosecuted. The Wiki also mentioned that another company could receive the contract. So, does anyone have more information than that? Live long and prosper. Hmmph. WarCry said the original developer is in the code, so whoever has the project will have to start from scratch. greedy asses! This is the racket digital age at its worst. * Sigh *
I knew nothing whatsoever. Thanks for posting this. I am a traveler if it would be cool to play a MMORPG all ships in it.
